During the reception, the head of the regional Internal Affairs Department facilitated a constructive dialogue aimed at addressing the various appeals of the district's residents. Specialized experts participated in the discussion to explore relevant solutions to each concern raised. Notable issues addressed during the reception included practical assistance with obtaining passports, street signage installation, and matters related to employment and probation.

Emphasizing the necessity of addressing these appeals within a legal framework, the head of the Internal Affairs Department reiterated the commitment to transparency and integrity in resolving citizens' issues. Following the meeting, instructions were issued to ensure timely and lawful responses to requests made by residents.
