A reception dedicated to citizens' appeals was held at the DIA of Sirdarya region
During the reception, the leadership of the internal affairs department of the Sirdarya region considered the appeals of 12 citizens on a variety of issues. Concerns regarding employment, investigation, and other vital matters were addressed by citizens to the Internal Affairs bodies.
During the reception, the main attention of the officials was paid to resolving the appeals on the spot, and specific and targeted measures were determined for the appeals received for further study and legal decision-making, and the heads of the relevant sector services were given instructions and tasks with clearly defined deadlines for their implementation.
This kind of communication serves the purpose of solving the problems that citizens are facing, listening to people's pains, alleviating their suffering, as well as promoting the trust of citizens in justice and government.
