Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General Bekmurod Abdullaev, held a report meeting on the results of 10 months of this year
In the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, Major General Bekmurod Abdullaev, discussed critically the activities carried out during the past ten months for combating crime, preventing crime, maintaining public order, maintaining peace, and maintaining road safety.
The heads of sectoral services, city-district DIA, and department heads attended the meeting.
The Deputy Minister reported that there are enough presidential decrees and Cabinet decisions regarding the development of material equipment for the Public Security Service, improvement of service quality, and social protection of employees, and now it is only required to serve the Motherland with loyalty.
Major-General Bekmurod Abdullaev discussed the areas where crimes have increased.
The activities of prevention inspectors and mahalla seven, who are responsible for preventing crimes occurring in the regions, were critically discussed, and tasks to be done in the future were determined.
Special tasks were given to the heads of the department responsible for the prevention of crimes related to women, murder, and intentional bodily harm. These tasks were given to increase work efficiency, provide social assistance to convicted people, and strengthen property crime prevention.
At the meeting, the work performed within the framework of road safety was also discussed analytically. An action plan was developed to tackle road traffic accidents, deficiencies in road infrastructure, and serious violations to ensure safe movement at accident sites and to prevent traffic jams on a district and city scale. The task of solving these problems was assigned. It was decided to promote road safety among residents, improve the relationship between road patrol service employees and citizens, and hold discussion meetings regarding unfortunate incidents related to speed in the "Per mahalla-square" area.
