The head of the DIA of Sirdarya region received citizens' appeals regarding the internal affairs bodies' system of activities
During the reception, about 10 citizens were interviewed face-to-face, and their appeals regarding the field of inquiry and investigation and other issues were considered one-by-one with the participation of the heads of the relevant sector services and responsible employees.
The main emphasis was placed on resolving appeals on the spot, and targeted and specific measures were determined for appeals received for additional study and legal decision-making, as well as instructions and assignments given to the heads of the relevant sector services with clear deadlines for their completion.
Providing such receptions, resolving the problems that citizens face, listening to people's pain, and alleviating their suffering serve to strengthen the confidence of our compatriots in the justice system and the government.
